Great Coffee, Made Ethically Cairngorm Coffee Co was created in 2014 by Robi Lambie who had been raised with a love for well brewed coffee since a young age. Now, eight years on, we’re still growing and our incredible team works tirelessly every day to serve our community, whether online, in one of our three Edinburgh cafes, or a wholesale customer in one of the many cafes we stock across Scotland. Sourced Internationally. We work with amazing coffee farmers around the world. We thoroughly vet all suppliers prior to roasting samples, performing cuppings and selecting the perfect blend to bring to our customers. We are always working to make sure our supply chain is as sustainable as possible. We always pay fairly and operate by the golden rule - treat people as you’d want to be treated. Perfected in Scotland. Our coffee beans are roasted with care and meticulous consideration in our roastery based out of Edinburgh. Our team of roasters use meticulous software on our Probat 12kg coffee roaster to ensure every coffee hits our expectations of being sweet and juicy. A Confident Approach.
