This Natural processed lot comes from the La Roca farm, located in the Planadas Municipality in the Southern region of Tolima, a Department in central Colombia. A light-medium roast with this lot really emphasises the huge, boozy fruit flavours. An incredibly complex cup, you can expect juicy strawberries up front, a lingering sweetness reminiscent of chocolate liqueurs and an incredible array of rich, sticky fruit notes.
