Fazenda Guariroba is our main direct trade partner who has for many years supplied us with their naturally processed Yellow Bourbon that is the base of our Opus Espresso. For the past couple of seasons, we’ve also bought some of their more experimental micro-lots that fully showcase the processing expertise of the farm. This aerobic fermentation Yellow Catucai variety is one of them.
