This lot was produced by a single farmer - Melka Gumie - on her farm in the Harfusa woreda in the region of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The arrival of Ethiopian coffees is always highly anticipated amongst coffee enthusiasts. Its popularity comes from a combination of unique, fun flavour profiles, genetic diversity, skilled processing, and a long history of importance in the production of coffee worldwide. This coffee is bright with a fruity acidity. Delicate notes of white tea and persimmon balance the syrupy sweetness of guava.
