Gea, named after the Greek Goddess Gaia is a tribute to Mother Earth and the women who tend to her. This single origin Honduras coffee has been grown strictly at a high altitude (SHG), this combined with a lower temperature produces a slower maturing fruit and a denser bean which results in a sweeter tasting coffee.
