Description

Agahore is both a wet mill and farm located in the Gaterama village. The washing stations buy coffee from producers surrounding each station as well as producing their own on a shared farm. Cherries are picked and brought straight to the washing station where they undergo a 10 hour dry fermentation followed by a 12 hour wet fermentation in filtered water before being washed and soaked for a further 10 hour.
