An organically grown, naturally pulped, washed and dried bean, cultivated by several micro-lot growers in the Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative in Riosucio. The coffee they produce has gone on to stand out in many speciality coffee programs such as La Vereda, Organic Coffee, Rainforest, and FairTrade. Our roast brings out this bean’s natural orange and raisin flavours with dark chocolate and a hint of cloves.
