Description

This stunning and complex single origin comes from the Jonathan Toniya’s 10ha farm in the Lufa District of Papua New Guinea. The farm is situated in Papua New Guinea’s Eastern Highlands at the Height of 1800m above sea level. The cooler temperatures at this altitude means the beans can be left on the tree’s for longer, resulting in longer cherry maturity, which in turn lends itself to the development of more complex flavour compounds within the beans.
