Aldair Rincon has produced this semi washed anaerobic coffee on his farm, the Finca La Argentina, that is situated at 1800 masl in La Armenia, Tolima, Colombia. The coffee cherries are pulped and sealed in water filled containers for around 96 hours with all the oxygen removed, and then dried in a parabolic dryer.
