Peaberry coffee beans, formed when the coffee fruit produces only a single, pea-shaped bean, equate to only 5% of beans harvested. Carefully separated from the main crop, Peaberries are known to produce coffee with unique qualities. Produced in some of Brazil’s highest coffee plantations.
