Luis Anibal, a second-generation coffee artisan from Acevedo, Huila, embarked on his journey with a modest plot at just 15. By the time he reached 40, he proudly presided over a sprawling 20-hectare farm, yet, facing the ebbs of market fluctuations, he sought innovation. Joining the specialty coffee association in 2011, he emerged as a trailblazer, crafting exclusive micro-lots and pioneering alternative processing techniques.
