Fazenda Inglaterra is located near the lovely Brazilian spa town of Poços de Caldas in the coffee-growing heartlands of Brazil’s Minas Gerais state. A big rush of sweet marzipan gets a drizzle of dark chocolate on the finish and a little hint of caramel on the aftertaste for a well-balanced cup.
